The url for third heading should be the post + #third-heading. What sucks about it, that nothing about this is automatic. You need to manually add a link to the title, which changes the formatting of the title. Another idea is to add # or ¶ With a link to the end of a title with a link. Of course again manually for every paragraph with varying degree of ugliness.
